The Domaine des Hospices de Beaune has been certified organic since the 2024 harvest, and we naturally age your wine in our Albert Bichot cellars in line with this environmentally-friendly philosophy.
History of the cuvée
莫里斯-德鲁安（Maurice Drouhin）多年来一直担任博纳医院（Hospices de Beaune）的行政长官，1941年至1955年期间担任该机构行政委员会副主席。与此同时，他还经营着约瑟夫-德鲁安（Joseph Drouhin）葡萄酒酿造商。他慷慨捐赠的优质葡萄园是博讷安养院酒庄面积最大的博讷一级葡萄园之一。它占地 2.69 公顷，其中 40% 在 Les Avaux，25% 在 Les Champs Pimonts，25% 在 Les Boucherottes，其余在 Les Grèves。
