Vibrate at the Hospices auction with us
and live an unforgettable weekend

On the 3rd Sunday in November, the world of wine meets up in Beaune for the Hospices auction!

Since 1859 and the start of the Hospices de Beaune auctions, the 3rd Sunday in November is where it all happens! Beaune becomes the wine capital of the world. We offer buyers of a full barrel (or a fraction), the chance to experience this exceptional weekend with us.

Tens of thousands of winelovers, be they enthusiasts or professionals gather in our town in a joyous atmosphere. Beaune transforms and vibrates to the rhythm of parades, tastings and auction! It's also a festive time at Albert Bichot: we welcome over 200 customers and friends from all over the world on this occasion.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday...3 unforgettable days with us

Living this experience is reserved exclusively for buyers of a full barrel.

It all begins on Friday with a tasting at the Hospices de Beaune cuverie of all the cuvées that will be sold at auction. You'll be accompanied by Jean-David Camus and the Albert Bichot winemakers, who'll be on hand to answer all your technical questions. An incredible experience, at the heart of the Domaine des Hospices.

We also organize a private tasting on Saturday afternoon at our prestigious Domaine du Clos Frantin in Nuits-Saint-Georges. In century-old cellars, an opportunity to taste the diversity - geographical, sensory - of our wines. It always ends with a tasting of several Hospices de Beaune cuvées, including rare old vintages.

Finally on Sunday afternoons, we take it in turns to allow a few privileged buyers to be at our side in the auction room. To vibrate alongside us when the auctioneer's hammer comes down for a cask is part of the memories of a lifetime. Simply unforgettable and exclusive.
