Interview #1 - Ludivine Griveau presents the conditions for the 2022 vintage and her winemaking choices.

The first interview takes place on September 20, the last day of the harvest, for a review of the wine year. The manager of the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune looks back in detail at the highlights of an early vintage that took its time all the same. Although the hot spells are still fresh in our memories, Burgundy benefited from the saving rains at the end of June. Technical work preserved acidity during vinification. The wines to date are already showing very fine balance, and Ludivine is enthusiastic about what lies ahead, with a harvest above her initial expectations.

Interview #2 - Ludivine Griveau presents the wines of the 2022 vintage and Domaine des Hospices' conversion to organic farming

The second interview takes place on October 20, after entonnage (putting all the wines into barrels) and Ludivine Griveau looks back at the technical challenges of this deceptively easy 2022 vintage. She also shares valuable key words about the different appellations and wines. Finally, she looks back on the Domaine's conversion to organic farming, before confiding in us a few new features and mentioning the Pièce des Présidents, which will support the cause of childhood.
