An exceptional case for a vertical collection of 2 iconic Hospices de Beaune wines

Our Maison Albert Bichot is delighted to present two exclusive sets, both a refined tribute to the history, terroir and winemaking excellence of Burgundy. Each wooden case contains a vertical, multi-vintage collection of two emblematic cuvées from the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune, patiently aged to perfection in our Beaune cellars before being unveiled today.

These two boxes are each published in 25 copies, a nod to the 2025 vintage and therefore to the 165th Hospices de Beaune sale. They embody the signature Albert Bichot ageing expertise, this highly precise know-how required to reveal in our cellars the spirit and aromas of Hospices wines.

Coffret Beaune Premier Cru - Cuvée des Dames Hospitalières 2019, 2020, 2021

This emblematic cuvée, which traditionally opens the auction, is a vibrant tribute to the Hospice Sisters who have marked the history of the Hospices since 1443. Indeed, it bears the name of the Soeurs Hospitalières, the nuns who cared for the sick from the founding of the Hospices in 1443.

This great red wine is made from the best Premier Cru Beaune appellation climats: La Mignotte, Les Bressandes and Les Teurons. Each terroir brings its own signature: finesse, subtle, almost airy tannins. Our Albert Bichot boxed set presents a trilogy of three great vintages in succession: 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Boxed set Meursault - Cuvée Goureau 2018, 2020, 2022

This cuvée takes its name from Mademoiselle Goureau, a great benefactress who bequeathed numerous vines to the Hospices. This great white Burgundy wine is a blend of several climates: Les Peutes Vignes and Grands Charrons. A very great Meursault, dense, harmonious and subtly mineral. Our exclusive Albert Bichot boxed set brings together three remarkable, highly complementary vintages: 2018, 2020 and 2022
