2024: the first Hospices de Beaune vintage to be certified organic

Ludvine Griveau announced it at the start of the harvest: the final year of organic conversion has been a real challenge for the 60-hectare domaine, marking the culmination of a long period of work begun in 2017, as she explained in the video below last year for auction house Sotheby's. This period of transition has paid off, as Domaine des Hospices de Beaune 2024 wines are now certified organic.

The 2024 vintage was particularly challenging, with rainfall 87% above average, requiring constant adjustments from Ludivine Griveau However, efficient organization, backed by the unfailing commitment of her teams, enabled the Hospices to protect their vineyards to the best of their ability.

... which Albert Bichot will also age in compliance with organic certification.
