A unique sommelier knife, made from a barrel of Hospices de Beaune Grand Cru

PRE-ORDER NOW THE EDITION #2 - MADE FROM A BARREL OF CORTON-CHARLEMAGNE GRAND CRU

An exceptional sommelier knife, handmade in a limited edition of 30.

Opening and sharing a bottle of fine wine with friends using the right tool is the very symbol of conviviality, refinement and a testament to a certain Burgundian art de vivre. Albert Bichot has decided to celebrate Hospices wines and our strong relationship with the institution through an exceptional object.

This sommelier knife is handcrafted by L'Atelier du Vin in just 30 copies for each edition, from a different barrel. Indeed, the sublime handle of this objet d'art - obviously made in France - is crafted from the staves of a Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru barrel from the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune. This barrel was purchased at auction in 2020 and then aged in our Albert Bichot cellars.
Each knife is a unique object as evidenced by the variations in hue of the oak handle. The blade and cap cutter are integrated into the knife, and its internal mechanism allows the cork to be extracted with a single gesture.

A truly exceptional gift for yourself or friends, a symbol of elegance and Burgundian art de vivre. Selling price: €360 incl. VAT (if applicable), excluding delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
