The Hospices de Beaune label is one of the most recognizable labels in Burgundy. It features the family coat of arms of founders Nicolas Rolin and Guigone de Salins, the appellation and name of the cuvée, the vintage and, of course, the name of our house.
What better way to remember your purchase from Hospices de Beaune than to add your name or that of your company to this iconic label? Albert Bichot offers this service for orders of 6 bottles or more, just one example of the level of service that sets us apart. This option is available to customers who purchase a full cask, and is chargeable in all other cases.
You’ll be able to associate your name or that of your company with these exceptional wines. Wedding or anniversary year, prestigious gift to thank a customer or raise your company profile… any occasion is a good opportunity to remember the vintage of your purchase forever. After the auction, we’ll ask you if you’d like to personalize the label. A few months before delivery, you’ll validate the label before it is printed.
Magnum, jeroboam, mathusalem…see the Hospices in large format!
If you wish, we can convert all or part of your bids into large bottles: magnums (1.5 l), jeroboams (3 l) or mathusalems (6 l). They are also delivered in wooden crates. This is an interesting solution for ageing wines a little more slowly, thus prolonging their cellaring potential. Needless to say, it’s also a choice made by many customers to offer these wines as very special gifts!
Bottles, corks, wooden cases… only the best
Bottling takes place after your wines have beeng aged in our Beaune cellars for 12 to 18 months. We take our time and bottle each barrel at the most appropriate moment. We use top-quality bottles and corks, and take extreme care in this crucial phase, monitoring numerous analytical parameters, such as dissolved oxygen. Technical rigor and high-precision equipment are the modern complement to traditional craftsmanship.
Classic wooden case or prestige version
By default, your Hospices de Beaune wiens purchasd en primeur with Albert Bichot are delivered in an attractive wooden case containing 6 x 75 cl bottles. The name of the cuvée is finely engraved, as are the Hospices and Albert Bichot coats of arms.
