Vinification and aging
This Beaune Grèves 1er Cru Cuvée Pierre Floquet has been skilfully vinified by the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune. Sold every year at the Hospices auction on the 3rd Sunday in November, Albert Bichot regularly buys this great wine on behalf of clients who then entrust us with its ageing in our cellars. During this important period, thanks to meticulous work and the blending of a variety of barrels, we further develop its complexity and potential.The Domaine des Hospices de Beaune has been certified organic since the 2024 harvest, and we naturally age your wine in our Albert Bichot cellars in line with this environmentally-friendly philosophy.
History of the cuvée
该年份酒是皮埃尔-弗洛凯（Pierre Floquet）于 1997 年遗赠的 Premier Cru Beaune-Grèves（博纳-格瑞夫特级葡萄园）的结晶。自 2004 年开始酿制该年份酒以来，Hospices 家族一直在两块 0.75 公顷的土地上种植葡萄。葡萄树的树龄约为 35 年。这两块葡萄园部分并列在一起，部分则位于著名的特级葡萄园 Les Grèves 的中心地带。
