History of the cuvée
按照惯例，博讷安宁疗养院葡萄酒拍卖会首先拍卖的就是这款顶级佳酿。这款酒的名字来源于 1443 年临终关怀院成立之初照顾病人的修女，其中一些修女甚至向临终关怀院捐赠了大量财产。修女们来自法国北部的圣奥梅尔（Saint-Omer），在位于法国和比利时边境的瓦朗谢讷安宁疗养院接受培训。
