Vinification and aging
The Domaine des Hospices de Beaune has been certified organic since the 2024 harvest, and we naturally age your wine in our Albert Bichot cellars in line with this environmentally-friendly philosophy.
History of the cuvée
这款酒是以其慷慨的捐赠者约瑟夫-梅诺（Joseph Menault）的名字命名的，他于 1992 年将自己的葡萄园捐赠给了 Hôtel-Dieu 医院。所有需要重新种植的葡萄园都是 1994 年（上村）和 1998 年（Sous la Velle）的葡萄园。圣罗曼村位于默尔索以西的岩石悬崖之下。
