History of the cuvée
该葡萄园由四代葡萄种植者让-吕克-比西于 2011 年捐赠。葡萄园位于 "Les Echézeaux du Dessus"，山坡略微向 "Les Rouges du Bas "倾斜。葡萄树从 1945 年开始种植。2012 年，继 1976 年的 Mazis-Chambertin 和 1991 年的 Clos de la Roche 之后，Echézeaux（越泽）成为第三家由安宁疗养院出售葡萄酒的尼依酒丘特级葡萄园。
