The Domaine des Hospices de Beaune has been certified organic since the 2024 harvest, and we naturally age your wine in our Albert Bichot cellars in line with this environmentally-friendly philosophy.
History of the cuvée
1976 年，让-科里尼奥（Jean Collignon）将这块优质的特级葡萄园捐赠给了安宁疗养院，并以其母亲的名字命名。它位于 Mazis Hauts 的山坡中心，与邻近的 Chambertin Clos de Bèze 位于同一斜坡上。近 60% 的 Cuvée 来自 1947 年种植的老藤。毫无疑问，这也是该酒口感绵密、单宁柔顺、回味悠长的重要原因。
