The Domaine des Hospices de Beaune has been certified organic since the 2024 harvest, and we naturally age your wine in our Albert Bichot cellars in line with this environmentally-friendly philosophy.
History of the cuvée
1600 年，Jéhan Humblot（杰汉-洪博），一位律师和博纳皇家公证人，将 Montagny（蒙塔尼）附近的大片土地捐赠给了安宁疗养院。2005 年，该酒庄首次采用了 100% 的顶级葡萄园 Les Porusots。所有的葡萄树都是在 1975 年前种植的，其中一些可以追溯到 1936 年和 1953 年。
