Purple colour. Firm, medium body wine with great intensity of fruit with a fine underlying acidity, leading to a fresh, tense, very persistent finish.

History
Antoinette Boillot came from a long-established family in Burgundy. In 1898 she gifted her domaine in Auxey-Duresses, Meursault and Volnay to the Hospices. The vines were planted between 1963 and 1980 on what is arguably Auxey’s fnest 1st Growth.
This Cuvée can be one of the greatest values in the auction.
