Hospices de Beaune wines in 3 words: a difficult but interesting exercice

At the end of June 2020, Albert Bichot had the pleasure to welcome Hospices de Beaune estate's winemaker Ludivine Griveau for a special wine tasting in our cellars. The idea was to share her feelings about the 2019 vintage and also exchange some technical points of views with Albert Bichot's winemaker Cyrille Jacquelin, who has the huge responsibility of ageing the wines Ludivine vinified.
