A very nice structure, assertive power and perfect balance set this wine up for great success. The mineral note due to its deep, gravelly white oolite soils is still present,wrapped in a straightforward, ripe perfume. It is vigorous on the palate, complex and promising.

Vinification and aging
This Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er cru Les Porets – Saint – Georges 1er cru – cuvée Antide Midan has been skilfully vinified by the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune. Sold every year at the Hospices auction on the 3rd Sunday in November, Albert Bichot regularly buys this great wine on behalf of clients who then entrust us with its ageing in our cellars. During this important period, thanks to meticulous work and the blending of a variety of barrels, we further develop its complexity and potential.
