One of many tastings of this kind.
Not only is this tasting taken very seriously, with a lot of technical and analytical information about the wines shared by Ludivine, but this is also the start of the wine journey in our cellars. We can already anticipate the ageing profile of each wine we’ll be in charge of, our signature expertise.
