28th of Novembre 2018: 10 days after the 158th Hospices auction, it is now time to taste and analyse every single barrel that Domaines Albert Bichot bought, including for our "digital customers" from www.hospices-beaune.com. We were once again the #1 buyer, with 161 barrels worth 2.8 M€ or more than 20% of total auction
In a few days, we'll bring them in our own Beaune cellar for ageing during 12 to 18 months, where they will reveal their "inner soul".
This day is a very special moment on a technical and emotional point of view : the transmission between Hospices winemaker Ludivine Griveau and her "babies" and our own team of winemakers now in charge of those outstanding and promising fine wines
