21 October 2019 : we go with the Albert Bichot winemaking team to the Hospices de Beaune winery to taste for the very first time the 50 wines from the 2019 vintage that will be auctioned in a few weeks, with Hospices estate winemaker Ludivine Griveau.
This is a crucial stage not only evaluate the wines and be able to advise our future buyers about the right wines to bid on, but also to start profiling the ageing of the wines in our cellars after the auction, one of Albert Bichot’s expertise.
