Burgundy wines in general, and those of Albert Bichot and Domaine des Hospices de Beaune in particular, are not just wines. It’s a world of flavors, history and terroirs, combined with the skills and know-how of numerous artisans. As a testimony to Albert Bichot’s attachment to the Hospices, over the years we have created a collection of objects that tell the story of the Hospices and of our Maison. Produced in (very) limited editions, each object reflects the strong relationship between Albert Bichot and this unique hospital-winery.
